Step
1:
After
selecting the item of your choice, click on 'Buy Now'
link provided next to the item details. You can Remove
or Change the quantity of any item in your bag by clicking
onto the link 'Update' which is on the right hand side
of the shopping bag.
Step
2:
After
adding all the items you wish to purchase, click on
the link 'Proceed to Next Step'. If you are a first
time shopper, you will have to register with us by creating
a new account and filling in the personal information
in the fields provided. If you are a repeat shopper,
you will have to log in using your login name and password.
Step
3:
After
adding all the items you wish to purchase, click on
the link 'Send As Gift To Another Address' if it is
a gift purchase or click on the link 'Send to the Above
Address'. While confirming the order you have to choose
the preferred payment option and then click on the link
'Complete Your Order'.
It
is advisable to make a note of the order number as a
reference for any further communication with us.

| How Do I Choose
My Payment Option?

If
you are a first-time shopper, you will be asked to choose
the Default Payment option during registration (creating
an account). Once you have confirmed your order, you
will have to provide the required details depending
on the payment option you have chosen.
If
you are a repeat shopper, the payment option that was
chosen by you during your last purchase will be selected
as your Default Payment option and will be displayed
as you have to provide your preferred payment option.
However,
you can change your payment option while confirming
your order.

Worldwide? |

All items in our Music Shop and Books Shop are delivered
worldwide using Federal Express service. However, certain
books and music titles published in India may have restrictions
(placed by publishers) that allow us to make delivery
only within India- this information is placed next to
each title.
Most of the items from our Gift Shop are available only
for delivery within India. However, there are certain
items, where dollar prices are indicated, which are
delivered worldwide.

| How Is My Order
Delivered To Me? |
Our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the
items thrice. Incase the delivery is not executed during
these three attempts, due to a wrong address or the
recipient being unavailable / premises being locked,
the customer shall still be charged for the order.
In
case of perishable items, the delivery will be attempted
only once due to the nature of the item.
Please
note that the delivery of the items will not be attempted
on Sundays or on any public holidays due to unavailability
of courier service.

| Lead-time For
Delivery |
Orders
from Haranosur Shopping are delivered quickly anywhere
in the world, by courier through our logistics partners.
Subject to the availability of stock, our minimum lead-time
for delivery of any product is as follows:
Within India: 3 - 4 working days
International: 7 - 10 working days
However,
different products may have different delivery lead-times
depending upon the vendors or the place of shipment.
This is mentioned on various webpages. Also, the delivery
is not attempted on Sundays and public holidays, since
there is no courier service available on these days.
In
case there is no courier service to the address mentioned
in the order, the order will be cancelled and the same
will be intimated to you by email.
In
case you choose a 'Cheque' payment option, the order
will be processed only after your cheque has been realized.
Cheques will be accepted for orders placed within city
limits of Mumbai only.
In
case you choose a 'Demand Draft' payment option, your
order will be processed only after we have received
your Demand Draft.
In case you choose a 'Cash-On-Delivery' payment option,
products will be delivered only in India to selected
250 cities; there is NO International delivery for this
payment option.
